Big things are happening at Uplift & Connect Counseling!

Beginning in July, you'll find me in my new home inside the General Grant Building, conveniently located on Watson Road in St. Louis:

I'm incredibly excited about this move—not just because of the beautiful new space, but because it brings another dream to life.

If you know me, you might also know that my sister, Amy Camp Ryan, with Urban Fern Coactive, and I are passionate about supporting both clients and fellow healers. Alongside our counseling practices, we created TheraSistersStL, a growing community designed to connect, support, and encourage therapists, wellness professionals, and helping professionals throughout the St. Louis area.

As TheraSistersSTL has grown, so has our vision. We wanted a space where we could host small workshops, networking events, professional gatherings, and opportunities for healers to connect with one another. After a long search, we finally found the perfect place to call home!

Our new office will continue to provide a warm, welcoming environment for therapy services while also serving as a gathering space for the amazing healing community we're building here in St. Louis.

Over the next few weeks, we'll be busy furnishing, decorating, and adding all the special touches that will make this space feel like us. We hope you'll follow along as we transform it and prepare to welcome its newest tenants—our wonderful clients and community members.
